தமிழ் இளைஞர் ஒன்றியத்தினால் ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் ஸ்தாபனத்துக்கு கொடுக்கப்பட்ட இரண்டு பக்கங்கள் அடங்கிய மகஜர் தமிழ் மற்று ஆங்கில மொழியின் முழு வடிவத்தில்கீழே தரப்படுகின்றது.

இலங்கையில் நடந்த இனப்படுகொலையை சர்வதேச நீதி விசாரணை மூலம் விசாரிக்க கோரும் விண்ணப்பம்!!!

தமிழ் இளைஞர் ஒன்றியத்தினராகிய நாம் தங்களிடம் இலங்கையில் சிங்கள இராணுவத்தினர் அப்பாவி தமிழ் மக்களை கொன்று குவித்ததை எதிர்த்து சர்வதேச விசாரணையை வலியுறுத்த கோரி பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்கள் சார்பாக தங்களிடம் இந்த கோரிக்கையை முன் வைக்க விரும்புகின்றோம்.

2009 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இலங்கையில் நடைபெற்ற இறுதிக்கட்ட உள்நாட்டு யுத்தத்தில் இலங்கை இராணுவத்தினரால் திட்டமிடப்பட்டு இனப்படுகொலை நடைபெற்றது என்பதை தாங்களும் அறிவீர்கள். அவற்றில் சில தங்கள் பார்வைக்கு.

01) ஊடகவியலாளர் இசைப்பிரியா இலங்கை இராணுவத்தினால துன்புறுத்தப்பட்டு பாலியல்

வன்கொடுமைக்குள்ளாக்கப்பட்டு படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டார்.

02) சிறுவன் பாலச்சந்திரன் இலங்கை இராணுவத்தினால் கைதுசெய்யப்பட்டு சித்திரவதையின் பின்னர் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டது.

03) பொதுமக்களின் நிலைகள் மீது கண்மூடித்தனமான குண்டு தாக்குதல் மேற்கொண்டது.

04) சர்வதேசத்தால் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட கொத்து குண்டுகளை பயன்படுத்தியமை

05) மருத்துவமனை மீதும் பாடசாலைகள் வழிபாட்டு தலங்கள் மீது இலங்கை இராணுவத்தினர் தாக்குதலை மேற்கொண்டது

06) சிறிய குழந்தைகள் என்று கூட பார்க்காமல் சுட்டுக்கொன்றது

07) சரணடைந்தவர்களை விசாரணை நடத்தாமல் சுட்டுக்கொன்றது மட்டுமல்லாமல் வதைமுகாம்களை இன்றுவரை நடாத்திவருவது .

08) ஆபத்தில் மருத்துவ உதவி செய்ய சென்ற மருத்துவர்களை செய்ய விடாது தடைசெய்தமை அவர்களையும் பயங்கரவாதிகளாக சித்தரித்தமை

09) ஆயிரக்கணக்கான யுவதிகளை இலங்கை இராணுவத்தினர் பாலியல் வன்கொடுமைக்கு உள்ளாக்கி படுகொலை செய்தமை

10) ஆயிரக்கணக்கான இளைஞர்களை மிக கொடுமையான விதத்தில் படுகொலை செய்தமை

11) இறுதி யுத்தத்திற்கு முன்னரும் பின்னரும் தமிழர் வாழ்விடங்களை கட்டாய சிங்கள குடியேற்றங்களை செய்வதும் இராணுவ படைமுகாம்களை அமைப்பதுமாக இன்று வரை தமிழரை துன்புறுத்துவது.

12) வடக்கு கிழக்கில் இராணுவத்தை வெளியேற்றாமல் தமிழ் மக்களை பயமுறுத்தி தமது கட்டுபாட்டில் திறந்தவெளி கைதிகள் போல வைத்திருக்க முயல்வது

இது மட்டுமல்ல இன்னும் ஏராளம் கொடுமைகள் நடந்தேறியது சர்வதேச விசாரணை நடந்தால் மட்டுமே பல உண்மைகள் வெளிவரும். தற்போது நடைபெற்று வருகின்ற ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் மனித உரிமைகள் மாநாட்டில் இது சம்பந்தமான தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற வேண்டும் என்பதே ஒட்டுமொத்த பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பாகும்.

பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு யாரிடம் நீதிவிசாரணை கோருவதென்ற உரிமை இருக்கின்றது. எமக்கு பாதிப்பை தந்தவர்களிடமே நீதிவிசாரணை நடத்தும்படி சில நாடுகள் சொல்வது முற்றிலும் ஏற்புடையதில்லை எனவே தாங்கள் ஒரு நடுநிலையான சர்வதேச அமைப்பு என்பதை அறிவோம் அதனால் தான் தங்களிடம் இதை கையளிக்க விரும்புகின்றோம். ஆகவே நாம் தங்களிடம் கையளித்திருக்கும் இந்த விடயங்களை கருத்திற்கொண்டு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு தாழ்மையுடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றோம்.
